LIPI is always interested in investigating the paranormal and helping the people understand what is occurring. LIPI is prepared to help residents/owners of homes, businesses, museums, schools etc. cope with possible paranormal activity. LIPI investigations are free of charge and all information is kept strictly private and confidential.

(LIPI does accept donations to help cover the costs of an investigation including travel and equipment. Any amount is appreciated but not required for an investigation.)

L.I.P.I. INVESTIGATION REQUIREMENTS

  • ABSOLUTELY NO CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL OR ILLEGAL DRUGS PRIOR/DURING INVESTIGATION

  • NO CHILDREN SHOULD BE PRESENT

  • PETS SHOULD BE REMOVED OR CONTAINED

  • NO MORE THAN 3 RESIDENTS SHOULD BE PRESENT

  • DO NOT BURN CANDLES/INCENSE PRIOR/DURING INVESTIGATION

 

* L.I.P.I. reserves the right to end the investigation if these requirements aren’t met.
