Freetown Forest - Pet Cemetery

A Brief History: Tucked away in one of America’s strangest places known as the Bridgewater Triangle, in the Free Town Forest located in Fall River, Massachusetts resides the Pet Cemetery. The actual address doesn’t physically exist due to the location being in the actual forest, however the closest address for the location is off of Copicut Road, in Fall River Massachusetts, near the unpaved section of the road just before the powerlines according to local claims. The time of its origin and construction are undetermined, although it has been said that the cemetery was constructed in the early 1970s, however these claims are not confirmed. There is a main plaque that says “Animal Rescue League of Fall River Animal Cemetery”.
Haunted History: Currently it is unoccupied and abandoned, but claims have stated it has extremely bad vibes, and people have felt like they are being watched as they walk around the area. According to legend, in the 1970s people were conducting demonic rituals all over Free Town Forest and they dug up some of the graves of the animals to use in their ceremonies. When visiting the site, you can actually see some depressions in the ground where this took place. Added to these claims, in the area surrounding the Pet Cemetery, there have been claims of demons walking the grounds due to satanic ritualistic sacrifices, personal experiences or sightings of Thunderbirds, Pukwudgies, UFO’s and other strange unexplained creatures.
